Church Key Pub: This place keeps the good times and Moscow Mules pouring with happy hour daily 3-6 p.m. and all-day on Mondays. Come for the Darts on Monday, Trivia Night on Tuesday at 7 p.m., and First Thursday Bike Night by Triumph. Some of the best taps in town can be found in this friendly pub.
Daphne's - We're sneaking this in because we don't care if there's a happy hour at Daphne's wee bar. Only two tables, so be prepared to party with new pals at this adorable place. Insider's tip: On Valentine's Day, no couples allowed.
Engel's Pub - Want a dive bar with live music and a wide selection of beers on tap like Elysian Apocolyptic chocolate chili beer? Then head to Engel's where happy hour is 2-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday for $2.75 domestic beers and $3.75 well drinks. On Sunday from noon to 6 p.m., enjoy the same drink prices, but throw in $4 on tap micro brews. Live music some nights and stoolies (guys parked on stools) every day.
Epulo - You can't go wrong with Epulo's fire-roasted cauliflower (seriously) for $6 and their house red for $4. Happy hour runs 4-6 p.m. and after 9 p.m. in the bar only. Highlights include sweet potato fries, tortellini, gnocchi Gorgonzola, and pork shank with wild mushroom linguini, ranging in happy hour price from $3-10. Scott's Bar & Grill - Happy Hour is twice daily 3-6 p.m. and again 10 p.m. to close. while this is closer to Costco than the dock, they offer $4 draft beers and house wines, and $5 well drinks, scratch Margaritas and Mojitos. Cod, pork or chicken sliders are also $5, and for $6 you can have wings, calamari, or Gorgonzola fries.

The Hook Seafood Broiler & Spirits holds happy hours 3-6 p.m and 9 p.m. to close. Highlights include Manilla clam steamers with tomato basil sauce, and sausage Dijon, plus the grapefruit Rubytini.
