After years spent in the latest It spots around Seattle, starting with grungy nights in the U District, Pioneer Square, Capitol Hill, and Fremont, I headed to the B Scene of Belltown, Bellevue and Ballard. One night I decided to see what Edmonds - that waterfront town about 15 minutes from Ballard - had to offer. I stumbled with a group of fellow pilgrims from bar to bar to Daphne's, epulo, Giradi's, Taki Tiki, Demetri's, Rory's, Church Key, and The Loft, and had some of the best liquid moments of my life, along with some of the tastiest food bites. I had no choice but to share that revelation with the world, so Edmonds Happy Hour was born.
